Visible Practice SEO provides diagnostic Website Health reports and related consulting services. Reports are informational; they do not guarantee any specific outcome in search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
The Free Website Health Checkup is provided at no cost, limited to one free 6-point checkup per unique website URL, per year. Additional bundle purchases can be applied to the same URL any number of times. We reserve the right to refuse service for abuse of the free tier.
Paid tiers are billed at the prices posted on our Services & Pricing page at time of purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
If you are not satisfied with any paid tier, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We stand behind the work.
The Website Health Report we deliver to you may be used by your business for internal decision-making, sharing with your team and contractors, and any other legitimate business purpose. The underlying diagnostic tools, methodologies, and report templates remain the intellectual property of Visible Practice SEO.
You may submit only websites that you own or are authorized to audit. Submitting third-party sites without authorization is not permitted.
Our diagnostic reports are provided "as is." Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Payment is processed securely through Authorize.Net. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
